Update On Instant Capture Page Software!

I wrote a blog post on September 15th, 2009 entitled; Turn Any Webpage Into a Squeeze Page w/ Instant Capture Page. In this blog post I recommended the software program Instant Capture Page because at that time, although it did have a few small bugs in it, it seemed to be a very good software program.

The Dreaded Retraction

I’ve been dreading this day for a while now, but I also knew that there would almost certainly come a day when I would have to retract my opinion on a product or two. That day has unfortunately come!

As I said earlier, as well as in my previous post, with all new software programs, we must expect that there will more than likely be a few problems that pop up along the way. This is unfortunate, but completely understandable and honestly should be expected. What we as customers should also be able to expect is prompt service and an expedient fix when these problems do come up!

The Difference A Few Months Can Make

As I was using this software, I myself experienced several small snafus along the way. This happened before I ever made any recommendation on this product. At that time, I was happy to find that the technical support for Instant Capture was very quick to respond and work out any problems I was experiencing.

In my opinion this is no longer the case. My personal experience with this product has not been as good as I expected it to be, and my attempt to get assistance from their technical support has not met my personal expectations and high standards.

I Made A Mistake

This post is not intended to slam the product or the owner of this product, nor is it meant to slander anyone or damage Instant Capture Page in anyway. It’s simply my personal opinion concerning my previous recommendation of this product.

However, I can no longer in good conscious personally recommend this product. Quite simply it hasn’t met my high standards, and I wouldn’t want to recommend it to anyone because of this. I still highly encourage you to look into this program and form your own opinion if your interested in it. Just because I no longer recommend it doesn’t mean that it might not work well for you!

My Apologies

Fortunately I did not sell any of this product, under either price structure because I did not market it as heavily as I would most products I endorse. But for those of you who read my initial post concerning this product I sincerely apologize.

Although these things cannot always be avoided, I feel that it’s important to always be honest and up front about them when they do happen. I owe it to all of my readers and followers, and my reputation as well as your success, is much more important to me than the sale of any one item.

Should my opinion on this product change, I will be sure to update you on it at that time.
