Traffic Bug is an automated link building software program built by Michael Roberts that helps you build links or back links if you will, to websites, webpages, videos, HubPages, Squidoo Lens, published articles, directories, blog directories, RSS feed directories and Search Engines. Simply put it does a lot!

Why Build Back Links

The reason that someone might want to build back links to a webpage, video, or whatever else you might think of, is because the Search Engines use the amount of links that are scattered around the WWW to help determine webpage or videos relevance for the words someone types into a search page.

Of course there are many other things that the Search Engine Spiders also take into consideration, but this is one of the major things it looks at.

So the more quality backlinks you have pointing back to your internet real estate, the higher it will normally appear in the Search Engine queries for particular keywords or phrases. The higher your URL appears in the Search Engine Results Pages or SERP’s the more people will see it.

The more people that see it the more people will click on your link and visit that URL!

My Traffic Bug Experience

I was introduced to Traffic Bug a little over 2 months ago, and was very impressed with the introduction video that is posted on the sales page.

Michael offers a 30 day free trial of this software, and doesn’t even ask for a credit card number to take advantage of this. So I thought, “This sounds pretty good”, and I decided to give it a try.

My Traffic Bug Results

It’s been a little over 2 months now and I could have done a lot more to push it to its limits. But I took it someone easy just to see what kind of results I would get.

As I write this post I have only made posts to 67 of my webpage’s. They consisted of my web 2.0 profiles, my websites, blog posts, a few Affiliate sales pages, and 5 HubPages. Here’s the breakdown of what it has done for me.

  • Main Website URL Bookmarked – 73 Times
  • Main Website URL Directory Submissions – 75
  • Main Website RSS Feed Directory Submissions – Untrackable at the moment but many made .
  • Main URL Search Engine Submissions – 139
  • Blog Posts, Webpage’s, and HubPages Bookmarked – 3,765 Times

Traffic Bug Review

Had I manually submitted all of this myself or paid someone to do it for me, I’m certain it would have taken me well over 300 hours. That’s a lot of time or a lot of money regardless of how you look at it. And it’s still not done submitting these sites for me.

Considering that I didn’t have to download one piece of software, and it costs less than $20 per month for this service, I would give Traffic Bug an A++.

I am so impressed with this product that I have joined Michael and I am now one of his Affiliates, which means if someone goes through my Affiliate Link, takes the free offer, and later signs up, I’ll make a small monthly commission as long as they are a member.

I only tell you this because I like to be open and honest about things. So if you need to improve your Search Engine Results, I highly recommend you give Traffic Bug a try. And I can honestly say, I would tell you that even if I weren’t an affiliate!

I still think link directories are a great way to build a websites links. The key is to choosing web directories that have strict guidelines, aged and are maintained. If used correctly they can be a great way to build your backlink profile.
