Network Marketing: Why Your Customer Base Should Be The Heart Of Your Business!

Most people you present your business to are not going to be interested in the business opportunity!

It’s important that your product/service is available to these people as a customer. If for every 10 people you show a presentation to, 1 becomes a distributor, then you’re making nothing on 90% of them.

If you have a good product/service available for just customers, there’s a good chance that 2 or 3 of them might be interested in that! You’re now doing business with 30% of these people, and that’s a lot better than the 10% you’d have otherwise.

Some Network Marketers say, “I’m only interested in signing up distributors”. I believe this is a big mistake!

All of us are consumers, but very few are entrepreneurs. If you’re only interested in finding new distributors, your market drops considerably.

Many people lead with the business opportunity. This doesn’t work well if the prospect isn’t interested in one, and can turn them off. By leading with the product first, you overcome this.

Having a good customer base will also give you credibility, which is very powerful. People like to know that others are happily doing business with you and your company. It gives them a feeling of safety and trust!

You’d be surprised how often happy customers later become distributors. After someone uses your product for a while and experienced its benefits, they’ll want to share it with others.

Next they start to consider the money they could make, and before you know it, they’re your newest Distributor!
