When building a Network Marketing Business, MLM Business, or any Home Based Business, “Prospecting” should always be a main focus.

Without “Active Distributors” in your organization you’re really just a one legged pony. So prospecting and recruiting is a huge part of any successful Network Marketing or MLM type Home Based Business.

The Right Prospect

Let’s talk about who the right type of prospect is for your business. These are the people who you should invest most of your time and resources in when prospecting!

You’re primarily looking for people who already have a “High Belief Level” in themselves, in who they are, their capabilities, in entrepreneurship, and who truly believe that they can succeed in building a business of their own.

Once you start seeking out people who already have these beliefs, you’ll find the sponsoring process much easier and more enjoyable.

These people are the individuals that will read or listen to the material and suggestions you give them. They don’t need you to convince them that you have a great business opportunity, because they’ll convince themselves of it.

Clues To Finding The Right Prospect

In many cases these are the people who have already accomplished something special in their lives. They may already own a successful business, or excelled at their place of employment, finished getting their degree through difficult times, or just someone who pursues their dreams relentlessly.

Look for people who think outside the box, and who aren’t afraid of doing something different. Look for people who are bold, outspoken, and tenacious, people who won’t stop working towards what they really want out of life.

Look for these people, build a relationship with them, and Watch Your Business Grow!
